Concluding #3 – “He Will Bring it to Pass” – and Starting Confession #4 – HFJ11

It took me a while to catch on that the following passages the Lord surrounded us with in the first week of the New Year were not only an answer to my specific cries at that time, but were also confirmations of our verse, “God is faithful to ALL of His promises…” (Psalm 145:13-14)

The LORD will fulfill [His purpose] for me…. Psalm 138:8 NIV  (Or –The LORD will perfect that which concerns meAMP)

What I have said, that will I bring about; what I have planned, that will I do. Isaiah 46:11

God is not a man, that He should lie, nor the son of men, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? Numbers 23:19

I will not violate my covenant or alter what my lips have uttered. Psalm 89:34

This one also came up several times last week:

Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed. Proverbs 16:3

And then this one which tied both of these themes together of rolling our cares on Him, and of Him bringing His promises to pass:

Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass. Psalm 37:5

These have all been significant to us over the years as He’s given them to us in other seasons, but I was so immensely grateful that He surrounded us with these again at this time in answer to our specific prayers – and also as additional confirmations of our Psalm 145 confession/verse during this time).

Of course, those who have been around me long know I’m always quick to say that He also often emphasizes to us that this does not absolve us of our responsibility to respond to what He tells us/shows us to do in the obedience of faith. Which leads us to our confession we’re focusing on this week…
Confession #4 ~

“God’s Word IS SEED that I plant in my heart in any area I have a need in order to receive the promised harvest. As I faithfully plant God’s Word in my heart, it continually grows in me, whether I’m asleep or awake. I RELENTLESSLY hold on to God’s Word and REFUSE to let the devil steal it through unbelief, uproot it through attacks that try to disprove God’s Word, or choke it out through distractions with other things! I continue diligently and consistently in the Word with FAITH and PATIENCE and receive the desired harvest in my life. I WILL NOT STOP when I see only some results! I do not settle for partial victory, for only the 30 fold or 60 fold return ~ only the stalk, or the head. I PERSEVERE and receive the full kernel in the ear ~ the 100 fold return, the COMPLETE MANIFESTATION!” (Luke 8:1-15, Matthew 13:1-23, Mark 4:1-20, 26-29, Hebrews 6:11-12)
